Right of withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item. You pay for return shipping to us. When returning, you should return the goods in the original packaging together with your name, address, telephone number and email address. Goods cannot be returned for collection. These supplies have not been resolved by Vapor Sweden Distribution. You, the customer, are responsible for the goods delivered to us in undamaged condition.

You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You can not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost because you are careless, you lose the right to cancel.

Unclaimed letter / package.

Unclaimed letters / packages that have not been picked up, were refused by you, or that cannot be delivered to the address given, we reserve the right to claim NOK 150 for costs we have incurred in connection with this.

Repayment Duty

We will, if you exercised the right to cancel, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.
